You can no longer comment on this thread as it was closed due to no Video: Ati Radeon 9550 SE (yeah! outdated hardware, but it's doing its job) If someone has the same Problem or the same device, please give me a feedback. If I test the tablet on any PC with a fresh installed Windows, it work flawless and amazingly good for a Genius product.Īll other devices such as: Printer, Scanner, Mouse, Keyboard, other USB-device, work just fine, so I don't thinks it's because of my PC. I don't know why the is eating up all my processor when the pen is moving. If any one has suggestions or a solution for this problem, please feel free to post it. Now the Genius Support is silent about my problem, stating: " We're still waiting for an answer from our Software department" They even released a new driver recently, but same issue. I contacted Genius Support, and did all they requested: Updates on all hardware drivers, updates on USB-Chipset, etc etc. It's eating my whole Processor when I move the pen on the tablet. This delay is caused by a process that was installed with the tablet driver. Drawing in Paint works fine, but in the other programs such as Photoshop/PhotoImpact, drawing is impossible because of massive delay. + antivirus and firewall, something weird happens.
PHOTOIMPACT 12 TESTVERSION INSTALL
It works flawless.Īfter I install all my other stuff: Drivers for motherboard, graphic/sound cards, etc. The main thing is that, if you install the tablet driver on a fresh installed Windows XP (with nothing else installed on it), the tablet works just fine (tested in Paint, Photoshop Elements 5, Photoshop CS2, PhotoImpact 12). I don't know if it is because of my PC, or because of the poor driver. Well, the Genius M712 has some great specs, and i wanted something normal sized for my small budget. Some of you might ask: " Why the heck did he buy Genius and not Wacom". !!!See my PC specs at the bottom for further info.īefore Christmas I bought a Genius M712 graphic tablet. First of all, here's a warm Hello to everyone who spares some time to read this thread.
